Description:  This empty base map exists solely to enable a "None" option in the Basemap Switcher in the HTML5 Viewer of Geocortex Essentials 4.15. The extent is centered on Prince George County, VA.This is a workaround to address two issues: (1) if a mapviewer is loaded without a default base map selected, ALL basemaps are selected in the Basemap Switcher (but not actually active) and (2) the Basemap Switcher cannot be used to disable all base maps. Note that, while customizing the HTML5 Viewer may have been an option, Geocortex Essentials has received its final update and will eventually be replaced as Prince George County's online mapviewer.
